• Dubai Real Estate Broker required

Job Description

• New UK run agency located in Mazaya Centre, Dubai
• Review and respond promptly to all sales queries for Dubai properties
• Attend to queries received by telephone
• Set-up appointments with buyers and assess their real estate needs.
• Educate customers and match property options with the buyer's needs.
• Provide information including site maps, floor plans, brochures etc.
• Deal with Dubai mortgage enquiries.
• Escort potential buyers to the site.
• Assist in the transfer of title deeds from the developer to the new owner.
• Hand over invoices/receipts to buyers.
• Follow-up with buyers on outstanding payments.
• Hand over cheques to the CRM department
• Coordinate with Property Agents for leads provided by them
• Provide and get leads to the Agents Manager and Listings Manager

Required Skills:

• Microsoft Office applications, scanning, Photoshop & use of the Internet
• Knowledge of the Dubai Freehold property market
• Language skills in English, Arabic maybe useful
• Selling and negotiation skills with reference to Real estate in dubai
• Basic calculations
• Problem solving skills
• Managing stress
• Valid UAE driving license
• Career Level: Mid Career (Over 2 years experience)
• Employment Status: Full time
